In order to access iSAMS, you must enable pop-ups. However, most browsers now block pop-ups by default so you must add an exception for the iSAMS website.
Browsers will usually notify you that they have blocked a pop-up window from opening and allow you to add a permanent exception:
- Firefox: A yellow bar appears - click Options and select 'Allow popups for isams.stockportgrammar.co.uk'
- Google Chrome: An icon with a red cross appears at the end of the address bar - click the icon and select 'Always allow pop-ups from https://isams.stockportgrammar.co.uk'
- Safari: No notification
Alternatively, you can add exceptions manually via the browser settings pages - this has the advantage that some browsers allow you to add exceptions for all school websites using a wildcard(*) in the server name.
